How come you guys only sell skateboards, shoes and clothing?
When we started Familia, we swore that we would do everthing we could to make the best skateshop possible. For us, focusing on only skateboard goodies is one of the way we stay true to our intentions. |
Is Steve Nesser there?
Steve rolls through the shop allllll the time. He doesn't pull hours though. You'll just have to swing on through to find out if he's lurking or not. |
What is Familia's Return Policy?
Good question...Familia does not allow cash returns for anything. However, if your item is unused/unworn, and you bring it back with your original sales receipt within 14 days of it's purchase date, we will gladly swap it out for something else. If you're not cool with this, we can offer you store credit. |
When do you have sales?
Most of the product at Familia sells so quickly, that we can not offer it at a sale price. However, we've been known to throw some pretty amazing deals out there. Sign up for our email-mailing list and you'll be the first to know when we start slashing prices. |
